About Bluestone Demolition

Bluestone Demolition exists for one reason: taking down a building in regional Victoria should be as clean and predictable as putting one up — without Melbourne pricing, Melbourne wait times, or being treated as a "sometimes" service area.

We focus exclusively on demolition and everything wrapped around it — asbestos removal, permits and Section 29A consents, service abolishments, salvage and site finishing — across Sunraysia, Gippsland, the Wimmera, the North East and the Murray towns. Because that's all we do, we do it properly: every job gets a genuine site assessment, a fixed written quote with asbestos and permits itemised, and a paperwork file at the end — clearances, dockets, permit completion — that your builder or buyer will actually ask for.

How we work

The site assessment is free and honest — if your job is a $1,200 shed removal, or your "demolition candidate" is a period home a heritage overlay will protect, we'll say so. When work proceeds, the quote is fixed: scope, asbestos allowance, permits, disconnections, site finish and timeline, in writing. Paperwork is lodged the day you accept; machines follow the clearances, not the other way around.

All demolition and asbestos work is carried out by registered, insured demolition contractors and licensed Class A/B asbestos removalists, with building permits and council consents arranged on every job.
